Lead Generation Ideas

· Website – yours and links from others
· E-newsletters – yours and other people’s – see Awards and More for a look at how they promote other people’s businesses
· Yellow pages – phone and online
· Referral partners – be sure you take the time to educate them on exactly how to “sell” your business
· Clients – who will generally refer people just like them so be sure you are happy with that as a client management strategy
· Networking at the CHAMBER or other places
· Radio ads
· Newspaper or magazine ads
· Articles in journals
· Flyer distribution – CHAMBER can assist with a few options here
· Mail outs – CHAMBER can assist with a few options here
· Cold calling – hard going but still maybe worth your while
· Door knocking – good to introduce yourself and will increase if you take along a giveaway (pizzas, cakes, pens, coffee mugs, etc)
